Not that it matters... everyone knows that Trump is a fool. Remember how one of his first orders as President was to print more money to pay off the national debt? And how his own Cabinet was amazed at his ignorance of basic economics?

Cuban says that Trump couldn't understand the basics behind encryption, and made no effort to learn.

He describes how Trump would send him notes... he would have an assistant email Cuban, and Cuban would reply. The assistant would print out Cuban's response. He would write on the print off, scan it, and the assistant would send Cuban a copy of the scan.

When asked, he compares Trump's intelligence to that of a ham sandwich...
