The clue is that there was no audience.
Had there been an audience, there would have been young girls present.
If young girls were present, Joe would have come up from behind and sniffed their hair.
That's what happened. You see, Popeye had his spinach, Thor had his hammer and some golden apples. They derived their strength from those things. Joe Biden derives his strength and powers of intellect from inhaling hair product solvents. Without those vapors, he is as mindless as any other dementia afflicted person (DAP).
